Inspections will be conducted during normal business hours.The common areas of all rental complexes shall be inspected each year. Structures containing more than 8 units will have 1/3 of the units inspected each year. One and two family dwellings will be inspected each year.Rental properties must be registered annually on or before January 31 of each year.Registration & Inspections for Existing Rental Properties Inspections are done in compliance with the International Property Maintenance Code, Meridian Township Code of Ordinances, and the Michigan Building and Residential Codes.
